World Mental Health Day is often a time when people focus on raising awareness of mental illness. Mental illness in all its forms still causes huge suffering to individuals and families.
So with that in mind I’m letting people know nice and early that World Mental Health Day 2018 will be happening on Wednesday 10th October (FYI it’s on 10th October every year) and whilst this year’s theme is young people. IISP is committed to promoting positive mental health and emotional well being. It is important that our students understand how to look after both their physical and mental health and develop a toolkit of coping strategies for when difficulties arise and they are struggling. |
